- For customers who only have reserved seats, we will charge a cancellation fee based on the average customer spending during the corresponding time period in our establishment.
- Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you anticipate a delay, kindly contact the restaurant directly. If there is no communication and 15 minutes have passed, we may automatically consider it a cancellation.
- In the case of no-shows or failure to respond to communication attempts, such as not answering return calls, appropriate measures may be taken.

- As group and private reservations require advance arrangements for ingredients and staffing, the above cancellation policy will apply.
- If there are any changes to the number of guests, please be sure to notify us by the day before your reservation.
- Significant changes to the number of guests on the day of the reservation may also be subject to cancellation fees.
