About Tokyo Sushi ITAMAE SUSHI GINZA SIX

In Japan, the four seasonal changes have important meaning in the world of cuisine.

OMAKASE means “leave it to you" in Japanese, and refers to a style of cooking in which the chef uses ingredients that he or she has judged to be the best that day to express the unique flavors of the season.

At Itamae Sushi -PRIME-, we offer the "EDOMAE OMAKASE Nigiri Sushi Course."

The menu features seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, with a focus on Edomae ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the changing seasons.
