A chef with 30 years of sushi-making experience will guide you with care.
We will communicate everything through a professional interpreter.

  • Menu

    Fresh wasabi, sushi rice, seaweed with sushi rice, sea urchin with sushi rice, negitoro hand roll
    Flounder nigiri, live shrimp nigiri, medium fatty tuna nigiri, lean tuna nigiri, sushi shop's wakame udon (half)

    Regarding vegetarian and allergy accommodations
    The menu uses raw fish; however, we will prepare individual ingredients for those who are not fond of raw fish or for vegetarians. Please be sure to inform us of any allergies in advance, and we will provide individual ingredients as necessary.

    • Grating fresh wasabi. Experience the flavor of freshly grated wasabi.
    • Combine rice and sushi vinegar to experience making sushi rice. Enjoy the freshly made sushi.
    • Experience the deliciousness of seaweed with freshly made sushi rice.
    • Drain seawater sea urchin right in front of you. Place it on sushi rice and enjoy.
    • Negitoro preparation experience. Make a hand roll with seaweed and enjoy.
    • Observe the preparation of flounder. Watch it being cut.
    • Observe the preparation of live shrimp. Participants can also experience boiling and peeling.
    • Experience cutting medium fatty tuna and lean tuna.
    • Sushi rice shaping lesson. Shape flounder, shrimp, medium fatty tuna, and lean tuna.
    • Service of sushi shop's wakame udon (half).
